* Develops and implements EHS programs as necessary to ensure compliance, meet standards of the company policies and procedures, and positive movement against EHS KPIs. Works with EHS&S colleagues as well as business partners to implement programs at their assigned site(s)

* Provide day-to-day EHS support at retail, office and field locations. At this time, this includes the development and support of controls necessary for the sites COVID-19 response.

* Support the establishment and development of Safety Committees, Green Teams, and related focus groups.

* May provide oversight to interns or hourly employees in assignments supporting the EAS department. Conduct internal audits at own location as well as at other ELC sites. Manage supply process inclusive of reviewing of Safety Data Sheets, tracking approved items and ensuring availability and awareness for retail/field/office.

* Review and manage communications and tasks tool for FSS as they relate to EHS&S topics, policies and procedures.

* Execute and maintain safety recognition programs for FSS, Field and Retail Partner.

* May participate in and respond to regulatory inquiries and inspections of an environmental, health, safety nature or transportation of hazardous materials with support and supervision.

* Provides technical expertise to site management and/or advises EHS&S colleagues in EHS areas to ensure compliance with regulations and the implementation of programs targeted towards the prevention of injuries and in support of our sustainability goals.

* Manages EHS&S components of NOAM repair and maintenance system.

* Identifies opportunities for leading indicators, and prepares and delivers data and stories to the EHS&S COE for monthly leading indicator report.

* Reviews information sources for new and/or changes to existing relevant laws, rules and regulations, and notifies management as appropriate.

* Reviews incident reports and responds accordingly to accidents, emergencies, customer injuries, and official inspections.

* Maintains competency and stays current in the profession of Environmental, Health, Safety, and the Transportation of Hazardous Materials.

* Participates as a member of a Global Process Owner (GPO) group focused on a particular program area to drive enhancements and consistency across ELC.

* Tracks and records EHS regulatory inquiries and inspections for the EAS Annual Report.

* Contribute to the development of internal communications to bring awareness to department or corporate achievements related to EHS&S

* Supports 3rd party vendors.
