Bagels Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Our customers are our number one priority, so it is your job to create a positive environment that our customers enjoy.Job Starting at $13.00/hour!Employees will get additional $1-$5 per hour pay from our tip pool AND a free meal every shift!Team Member Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests in an up-beat fashion on the register or sandwich station
- Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest
- Create a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes teamwork and Awesomeness
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Follow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions
