  • Develop and oversee project scope, goals, scheduling, budgets, risk management, and resource management to ensure that jobs are on time, on budget, and meet code requirements and customer expectations
  • Coordinating with inspectors and other trades to ensure that work plans and quality standards are being met
  • Planning and directing work to maintain continuous production and progress
  • Developing timelines, material coordination, and labor requirements
  • Complete site visits and pre-construction meetings
  • Provide accurate labor and material budgets
  • Monitor/document job site safety and accident prevention
  • Procurement and expediting of material and equipment
  • Electrical, Mechanical, and General Construction coordination
  • Shop drawing/submittal review and coordination
  • Project cost review, reporting, updating, and accounting
  • Review of subcontractor applications for payment
  • Participation in/documentation of project coordination meetings
  • Supervision/coordination of subcontractors' field installations
  • Review/negotiate change orders proposal pricing from subcontractors and prepare proposal pricing for self-performed work
  • Change order documentation and associated cost reporting and maintenance
  • Ensure As-Built plans are being completed
  • Quality control and project closeout
Experience, Skillset, & Educational Requirements
  • A valid Driver's License is required
  • An electrical Degree is preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of industry-related Electrical Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to excel under pressure and meet budget and project deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals
  • Able to balance multiple projects with support
  • Able to coordinate with cross-functional teams to accomplish common goals
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to adapt to the ever-changing and ever-emerging customer needs effectively.
  • Willing to participate and abide by company background/drug screening process and policy
  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule that includes travel, out-of-town work, weekends, extended hours, and call-out work when needed.
  • Must possess a valid and appropriate state driver's license before employment
  • This position requires the completion of a thorough background and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Per Brycon's Drug and Alcohol policy, employees are required to participate in random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing as requested.
