Job Description:
Spherion Staffing is looking for experienced Mechanics/Motor Technicians to work with a local client. This is an electric motor repair shop that works with many different industries to keep their operations up and running. We are looking for enthusiastic employees to add to their great staff.Pay: $20-40/hour DOEMonday - Friday. 7:30 am-4 pmResponsibilities:-Read blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, work order, instructions, formulas or processing charts-Maintain production or work records-Test mechanical products, equipment, electrical/electronic wiring, systems or fixtures-Maintain inventory of supplies-Install/connect electrical equipment to power circuit-Repair or replace electrical wiring, circuits, fixtures, or equipment.-Solder electrical or electronic connections or components-Determine installation, service or repair needed-Inspect machinery or equipment to determine adjustments or repairs needed-Maintain or repair industrial or related equipment/machinery, work tools-Operate coil winding machines, lathes-Use measuring devices in repairing industrial or heavy equipment-Use precision measuring devices in mechanical repair work-Clean equipment or machinery-Assemble gear systems-Fabricate, assemble, or disassemble manufactured products by hand-Use pneumatic tools, electric or electronic test devices or equipment-Apply cleaning solvents, lubricate machinery/equipment/parts-Operate hoist, winch or hydraulic boomWorking hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMSkills:See belowEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-High School Diploma or Equivalent-Driver's License, Class D-Must be able to distinguish colors-Ability to move or lift heavy objects-Must understand technical operating, service or repair manualsTo be considered, please apply online at www.spherion.com/applyIf you have any questions please contact David Wilson at 701-###-####Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
