Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Construction Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical and instrumentation projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and instrumentation construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation construction projects. Manage the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project specifications. Supervise and provide guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with quality control and safety personnel to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Communicate project status updates, milestones, and issues to project stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders. Participate in project meetings, providing input and guidance to support project objectives. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings. Assist in the resolution of any disputes, claims, or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, construction techniques, and industry best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in industrial or commercial construction environments is preferred. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification is a plus.
