- Assist experienced electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and wiring.
- Learn and follow electrical code regulations and safety standards.
- Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and bending conduit.
- Help with roughing in electrical and BMS systems, including pulling wire and installing fixtures.
- Support the installation of low-voltage systems, such as fire alarms, security, and data systems.
- Ensure tools and materials are organized and readily available for the job.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles (preferred but not required).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and at heights.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
