**Electrical Assembler -Horton Emergency Vehicles**
**Location:** Grove City, OH, US, 43123 * Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices including, but not limited to volt meters and test lights.
* 2-5 Years experience in manufacturing
* Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
* Understand relationship between voltage, current, and resistance.
* Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools.
* Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: including but not limited to drills, screw gun.
* Complete understanding of both 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry.
* Ability to use basic mathematics.
* Must have good knowledge of automotive electronics.
* Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40#s without assistance.
* Ability to work from various squatting, kneeling or bending positions.
* Ability to work with arms above head.
* Ability to work from ladders or scaffolding.
* Ability to stand at a workstation for eight hours a day (minus specified breaks).
* Ability to safely use specified hand, air, power tools, and machinery.
* Ability to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
* Must be able to endure repetitive motions (hand crimping). *(Employee must not suffer from any preexisting conditions, such as carpal tunnel or tennis elbow, or any other medical condition that may be aggravated by such motions.)*
* Ability to work in 105-degree heat for excess of ten (10) hours per day.
* Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions.
* Four years automotive electrical installation and troubleshooting experience.
* Must be familiar with all aspects of emergency vehicle electrical systems, work order interpretation, and engineering interpretation.
* Advanced automotive mechanical knowledge preferred.
