- Mechanical and electrical assembly of INFICON Service Tools HVAC leak detection and diagnostic equipment.
- Assembles mechanical components, performs functional testing and packaging of units with appropriate, specified accessories.
- Utilization of MRP system (SAP) for material replenishment signals, production completions and scrap / reject transactions.
- Employee must work well with others in a team based environment. Suggestions which contribute to total product quality and increased efficiencies are encouraged.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude, ability to read and follow written Operational Method Sheets and verbal instructions, ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- High School Diploma or GED minimum. Candidates pursuing college degrees or associates will also be preferred / considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
- Prior logistics or relevant manufacturing experience.
Additional InformationFor New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $34,320 and $45,760 per year. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%.
