Job Title: Assembler and Paint SpecialistJob Title: Assembler & Paint SpecialistJob OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in assembling and packaging various essential products, such as flashlight battery packs for commercial flights, first aid kits, survival kits, and demo bags for flight attendants. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively, and the flexibility to work independently as well as collaborate with team members.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret work orders and follow production drawings and sample assemblies to accurately assemble panel parts.Follow both written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks.Safely use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE).Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, or other devices to ensure proper assembly.Perform various joining techniques, such as crimping, riveting, welding, soldering, and more to secure parts.Mount electrical components (e.g., transformers, resistors, capacitors) onto chassis panels.Install and secure finished assemblies into external hardware or cases.Attach and secure hardware components, including caps, clamps, knobs, and switches.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent multitasking abilitiesManual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationEffective communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environmentPreferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience in assembly, packaging, and reading blueprintsFamiliarity with hand and power toolsKnowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly, soldering, and production line processesWhy Work With Us?Join a supportive and team-focused work environment where your contributions are valued.
