Duties to include but not limited to:
- Pulling wire and terminating devices such as receptacles, switches, motors, and other electrical items.
- Completing industrial panel layout/build based on provided electrical schematics.
- Demonstrate teamwork by working well with others, offering assistance, and responding positively to constructive feedback.
- Working with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment.
- Reion equipment.
- Plan conduit/raceway runs and completes electrical assembly of a machine following NEC code, engineering specifications, and company standards.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting during start-up and test procedures.
- Perform start-up checks to include grounding checks, voltage checks, check motor rotation and any associated start-up conditions as required by the job.
- Electrical/Mechanical assembly/disassembly and repair as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in electrical or electro/mechanical or related is preferred.
- Read, comprehend, and understand complicated electronic circuit diagrams.
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a commercial/industrial work in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-10 hours)
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is preferred
- Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed specifications.
- Understand and apply knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Read, understand and apply electrical drawings, schematics and diagrams.
- Knowledge and ability to apply NEC, CE and UL.
