Our client, a Global Leader in Manufacturing is seeking dedicated and skilled Cable Assembly Workers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cable assembly, the ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, and a strong understanding of tooling and assembly techniques. This role is crucial in ensuring products meet high-quality standards.

Job Title: Cable Assembly Worker

Location: Windsor Mill, MD.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $19.00 experience based.

What's the Job?

• Assemble and inspect cables according to specifications outlined in mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all cables are assembled to meet or exceed company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may rise during the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience with electrical assembly, cable assembly experience a plus
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings accurately.
• Trade School Certification is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
