Job Description:

DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled full-time Electrical Assembly Specialist - Harness & Connector Builder to produce high-quality custom electrical components, fixtures, and more while following detailed Solidworks 3D prints to meet safety and quality requirements.This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. However, the Assembly Technician - Harness & Connector Builder is expected to dedicate the time required to meet the company's strategic plan when needed.Benefits include:401k MatchHealth Benefits (Vision, Medical, and Dental)Paid Time OffLED LightingA/C ShopClean work areasFLSA Status: Non-ExemptResponsibilities•Assemble mechanical and/or electronic subassemblies or products•Perform high and low-voltage product testing•Provide troubleshooting expertise and guidance within assembly areas•Conduct product testing as part of the final inspection of the product•Clean and maintain the workspace•Organize and maintain raw materials and work in process within the work area•Complete production paperwork including work orders, sales orders, and quality/testing documentation•Assist with physical inventory audits by counting and tagging parts accurately•Understand, support, and execute all work in a safe manner using the established procedures, methods, and safe working requirements•Implements and maintains department policies and standardsReports To: Production ManagerQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
