Job Description:
Description We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled full-time Electrical Assembly Specialist - Harness & Connector Builder to produce high-quality custom electrical components, fixtures, and more while following detailed Solidworks 3D prints to meet safety and quality requirements. This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. However, the Assembly Technician - Harness & Connector Builder is expected to dedicate the time required to meet the company's strategic plan when needed. Responsibilities • Assemble mechanical and/or electronic subassemblies or products • Perform high and low-voltage product testing • Provide troubleshooting expertise and guidance within assembly areas • Conduct product testing as part of the final inspection of the product • Clean and maintain the workspace • Organize and maintain raw materials and work in process within the work area • Complete production paperwork including work orders, sales orders, and quality/testing documentation • Assist with physical inventory audits by counting and tagging parts accurately • Understand, support, and execute all work in a safe manner using the established procedures, methods, and safe working requirements • Implements and maintains department policies and standards Other duties may be assigned Reports To: Operations Manager Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
