job summary: CAD Technician needed to join our team in Akron, Ohio, onsite at a top EPC firm supporting utility projects. We are looking for someone with AutoCAD Electrical experience. Knowledge of vault systems or previous work with utilities is a plus. This role offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team of designers and engineers.location: Akron, Ohio job type: Contract salary: $25 - 27 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing new drawings and revising existing engineering drawings of basic components from explicit verbal or written instructions or detailed sketches.
• Responsible for adhering to company and client drafting standards and procedures.
• Responsible for adhering to ANSI standard drafting practices.
• Assist in drafting, design, and documentation for various projects.
• Assist with tasks utilizing various drafting and design software.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by managers.
