Mansfield manufacturing company with great longevity and opportunities to join their growing team as a quality inspector. Available Shifts: 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm 3rd shift: 9:30pm - 6am Monday- Friday Pay Rate: $18/hr + $0.25/hr shift differential Work environment: Bright, clean, organized and climate controlled environment. Most positions will have a sit/stand option. Job Description: Inspectors will be responsible for testing relays and other electrical components that are used in aerospace and for the military. They will be responsible for performing audits of both product and processes and analyze any problems found. Temp-to-hire window: Able for permanent placement after 480 hours with Spherion Requirements: Successful candidates will have good attendance, great eye-hand coordination, good manual dexterity and great dependability.
