Qualifications for Electrical Project Manager and Estimatorr : New Electrical Construction and renovations / large scale projects with confidence in leading teams and projects from start to finish7+ years experience in Electrical construction as acting Project Manager or Lead Project ManagerAbility to work such software programs as: Primavera, REVU Bluebeam, Accubid, AutoCADResponsible for quality control and safety of project so will need self motivation, wont be micromanagedMonitor the compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications, QA/QC policiesWill regularly interact with clients to understand and interpret their requirements and needs when representing them in the fieldComputer skills and Advanced Microsoft office skillsKnowledge of regulations, project rules, performance standards and best practicesElectrical Construction Focus in Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Municipal / Federal experience is all preferred!
