- Performing project management and estimating jobs.
- Managing 5-15 employees performing the electrical construction.
- Frequent interaction with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $5 million efficiently while ensuring completion within budget and on time.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in estimating and project management within the electrical industry.
- A thorough understanding of electrical systems, and New York codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency using estimating software.
