As an Electrical Control Panel Builder, you'll work hands-on with panel layouts, electrical schematics, and wiring assemblies for PLCs, motor controls, and more. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working independently, and are ready to grow in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you!This is a full-time on-site position located in Ft Wayne, IN.What you'll do

• Organize enclosure and panel layouts, following detailed electrical schematics
• Assemble and wire control panels to precise specifications for various systems, including PLC controls and motor controls
• Conduct wiring of electrical components with accuracy and attention to detail to ensure compliance with specifications
• Work independently, maintaining high standards with minimal supervision and a meticulous approach to each project
• Tackle a variety of tasks requiring expertise in panel assembly, layout, and fabrication to contribute to high-quality, reliable systems

Technical & Experience Requirements

• Experience with or willingness to learn and operate various hand tools
• Ability to apply manufacturing principles and practices
• Familiarity with UL508A standards (helpful but not required)
• Basic math skills for performing necessary calculations
• Preferred: At least 1 year of relevant experience
