Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Project Manager with specific expertise in control machine systems. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of electrical control machine projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical know-how in machine controls, strong project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple electrical control machine projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure proper integration and alignment of control machine systems.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of control machinery to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, resolve technical issues, and address any project concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and fostering strong relationships.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation, focusing on the technical aspects of control machinery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in electrical controls and control machine systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale control machine projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, controls, automation, and machine integration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
