Operations Support Manager $40.00-$50.00 Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid working) Hybrid Schedule- Tuesday and Thursday and 3rd day based on team, when not traveling 75% Travel Must Have Great Communication Skills Manufacturing Experience Planning & Control Knowledge The Operations Support team was established in 2019 as a team who supports the global Civil supply chain to resolve critical issues and mitigate risk using a set of processes and techniques developed within the team to turbocharge solutions. You will support the Supplier Management Teams with the deployment and coaching of the Rolls-Royce Production System to drive supply chain performance at all levels. Under the leadership of the Global Head of Operations Support the team works with specific suppliers or plants to define the support program and provide transparency on resources and activities required to address performance issues. They dedicate their time with the specific supply chain, leading the execution of the support program and integrate across organizational boundaries to deliver it. In this role you will travel up to 75% domestically with limited international travel for training.
