Job Summary:The Power Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the power distribution systems within the utility network. This role ensures the efficient and reliable delivery of electrical power to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The Power Distribution Manager leads a team of engineers, technicians, and field personnel to maintain, repair, and upgrade distribution infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee the operation of power distribution systems, including substations, transformers, and distribution lines.
- Monitor system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues to prevent outages and disruptions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new projects and maintenance activities.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and field staff, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in power distribution, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
