Skills/Experience:Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform all work-related functions in a safe and orderly manner.
- Must have strong knowledge and experience with 480v, PLCs, AB ControlLogix, or other brands.
- Lead and direct the electrical and instrumentation departments' reliability and training initiatives.
- Electrical reliability programs to improve the reliability of instrumentation and electrical distribution systems.
- Lead and direct specialty contractors.
- Assist in developing capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs.
- Equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
- Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment.
- Perform any other duties assigned.

- The Electrical Engineer Position requires an individual that is self-motivated to continually increase knowledge base to make the Maintenance Department more effective and the company more competitive.

Education and Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in a heavy industrial environment with exposure to such safety hazards as heavy fork truck traffic, ability to work around steel parts heated to over 2000F, and automated equipment such as conveyors and Robots.
