Job Title: Electrical Engineer Job Location: Greater Paducah Area
- A leading paper & pulp manufacturing company is looking to hire an Electrical Engineer for their growing team. The Electrical will help lead Reliability Improvement in the Paper Mill and build a Reliability Culture across the site.
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for:
- Support Maintenance dept. with troubleshooting equipment deficiencies.
- Ensures Electrical Precision Practices are understood, followed, and improved across the mill.
- Assist to Implement Reliability best practices and process system for Precision Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Lubrication as it relates to our electrical equipment.
- Direct or oversee any modifications to electrical equipment or systems that improve reliability or cost effectiveness.
- Develop long-term strategies for sustained electrical reliability for Power Distribution, Motor Life and Efficiency, Instrumentation, Switch gear, Distributed Control Systems, Drives, and PLCs
The Ideal Candidate has:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Must be self-motivated, able to work with the appropriate level of supervision, and accept a high degree of personal responsibility for results.
