We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a passion for design in the electrical power sector. This position is open at any of our central and eastern US offices, but candidates IN or willing to relocate to KS, NC, or MI are preferred. This firm boasts excellent benefits stsarting on day 1 and a hybrid work schedule.

As Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be the technical expert in the design of conventional power generation projects. You should be familiar with one and three line diagrams, power cable sizing, cable schedules, breaker controls schematics and diagrams. The Senior Electrical Engineer will create the budgets and schedules for projects, BOMs and drafting tools for creation of engineering documents. You should be familiar with electrical safety standards and codes, utility conventional power gen work, and quality control. Familiarity with high and low voltage gear, substation transformers, cables and batteries required.

Candidates should have a bachelors degree in engineer and at least 10 years of experience in power generation projects, project management, and design. EITS and PE's preferred. Relocation assistance available to qualified candidates.
