Job Description:

Trueline's client, a leading electrical and automation solutions provider, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in designing innovative solutions for industrial manufacturing and processing facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead design efforts on complex projects while collaborating with a supportive, family-like team.

What You'll Do as the Electrical Engineer:

- Spearhead detailed electrical designs for various project types, leveraging industry knowledge and company standards

- Coordinate with multiple disciplines, clients, vendors, and agencies to ensure project alignment

- Conduct site visits to gather crucial information and enhance design outcomes

- Delegate tasks and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment

- Contribute technical insights during estimation and conceptual design phases

- Lead project meetings and drive continuous improvement of design standards

You'll Succeed as the Electrical Engineer if you Have:

- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in electrical design for industrial facilities

- EIT certification or eligibility to complete the FE Exam

- Strong knowledge of electrical terminology, components, symbols, and the National Electric Code

- Proficiency in drafting software and the ability to work across multiple disciplines

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
