JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer (Mechatronics) to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, mechanical systems, and control software, with experience in designing and implementing electromechanical systems. This position will play a key role in developing cutting-edge technologies, integrating motors, sensors, and control systems for various applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Electrical System Design:
- Design and develop electrical circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts using CAD tools.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
Motor Control and System Integration:
- Design and implement control systems for stepper motors, servo motors, and other actuators.
- Integrate motors, sensors, and software into mechatronic systems.
Software Development:
- Develop and optimize motor control algorithms and embedded software.
- Collaborate with software engineers to implement system-level functionality.
Mechanical and Electrical Collaboration:
- Work closely with mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical components.
- Utilize SolidWorks (or similar CAD software) for system modeling and design.
Prototyping and Testing:
- Build and test prototypes, analyzing performance data and refining designs.
- Conduct failure mode analysis and implement corrective actions.
Documentation and Standards Compliance:
- Generate detailed documentation, including schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and test plans.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, best practices and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in electrical circuit design, PCB layout, and system troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in motor control (stepper and servo motors) and associated software.
- Hands-on experience with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems programming (C/C++, Python, or MATLAB).
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience with robotics or automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and building electromechanical systems
- Knowledge of simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes for electromechanical systems.
- Experience with AI/ML integration in mechatronic systems.
