The Electrical Engineering Co-Op will support test and assembly fixture development, fabrication, and programming in support of enterprise-wide manufacturing requirements.
The Electrical Engineering Co-Op offers a set onsite schedule of 40 hours per week.
Start Date: early January 2025
End Date: end of May 2025
What you will do:
* Designing and populating custom printed circuit boards
* Coding microcontrollers that interface with external I/O
* Fabricating test and assembly fixtures
* Designing GUI and HMI user interfaces using Python, C++ and National Instruments LabVIEW
* Developing test plans for automated circuit board testing systems
Additional Qualifications Include:
* Major study in Electrical Engineering.
* First semester of Junior year completed with a 3.0 GPA.
* Experience coding and interfacing with basic microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.)
* Experience working with hand tools and electronics metrology.
