Position Summary: The Electrical Engineer Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and implement advanced electrical systems and automation solutions for packaging machinery. This role requires managing the full engineering lifecycle, from concept to implementation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, programmers, and technicians.
  • Oversee engineering projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Design, develop, and test electrical systems and software, including PLCs, HMIs, and motion controls.
  • Research and implement innovative technologies to enhance product performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering or automation, ideally in packaging machinery.
  • Proficient in programming (C, C++, Java, Python) and engineering tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.
