Job Title: Electrical Engineering Project ManagerTeam/Department: EngineeringLocation: Detroit, MI (On-site)Hours: Full-timeEmployment Type: Direct HireBase Salary Range: $80,000 - $160,000Currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical engineering projects from conception through completion.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement electrical designs.
- Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and schematic designs for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, including NFPA standards.
- Utilize software tools such as Revit, BIM, and Navisworks for project design and management.
- Conduct energy modeling and develop sustainable solutions in line with LEED and Green Globes standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering project management.
- Proficient in electrical design software, including Revit and BIM.
- Strong understanding of building codes, energy modeling, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of renewable energy solutions and sustainable practices.
