Electrical ForemanSummaryAs the Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all electrical activities on our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and electricians to ensure the timely completion of electrical installations while adhering to safety standards and quality requirements.Job Responsibilities- Oversee electrical installations, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes- Lead and manage a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify that electrical work meets industry standards, project requirements, and safety regulations- Interface with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on electrical progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfactionJob RequirementsJob Requirements- 2 to 5 years of experience as an electrical foreman in the construction industry- Maintain a working knowledge of motor controls and SCADA systems and working knowledge of the NEC- Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, diagrams, and industry regulations. Familiarity with electrical tools, equipment, and materials- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
