- Lead Journeymen Electricians and Apprentices on commercial/industrial electrical construction projects
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of electrical equipment installations
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements
- Provide Progress Reports with Three-Week Look-Ahead Schedule to the Project Manager and field staff.
- Meet with or contact permitting, building, public works, fire, and police officials as required.
- Test electrical equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.
- Provide leadership and mentor the team
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience leading commercial and/or industrial construction projects
- Previous experience using Procore and Bluebeam
- Strong ability to read/interpret drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Valid drivers license
