Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading heavy equipment manufacturer who is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-3pm Monday-Friday, plus overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical Foreman will oversee daily field operations
- Develop comprehensive installation plans, considering timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the timely delivery of equipment and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of installation technicians and support staff to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Proactively identify and address challenges during installations, finding innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the installation process.
- Manager will work hands on with the team to include ensuring all materials are pulled from stock, wiring equipment, and troubleshooting electrical issues
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5+ years equipment installation background, leadership experience preferred
- Industrial electrical and conduit experience required or military technical training
- Must have strong mechanical and electrical skills to include experience with high voltage, PLCs, and 3 phase motors
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal background check allowing access to government facilities
- Associates degree in electrical or mechanical systems is a plus
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and be comfortable working at heights up to 200 feet
