Our client is looking to expand their team with an Electrical Foreman in the fast-growing solar electrical industry.The company is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in electrical infrastructure installation for commercial, industrial, and utility scale solar (photovoltaic) energy systems.The foreman will lead a crew from the start of a project to completion while keeping safety, quality, budget, and timelines in mind. They will provide leadership, supervise project operations, recommend improvements, changes, or new techniques and procedures.This is a 100% travel position.Essential duties and responsibilities:- Supervise and direct team of up to 10 from start of project to completion - Knowledge of three phase AC systems to include 480V AC, 600V AC and medium voltage up to 34.5kV systems- Read blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work and installation is completed accordingly - Demonstrate knowledge of OSHA standards$30 - $34/hour plus overtime; foreman has company truck and credit card.
