If you are a skilled, reliable, and dedicated individual with a strong background in troubleshooting electrical systems and a passion for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesCreating an efficient work environment for our technicians through proactive communication and planning.Install, maintain, and/or repair electrical wiring, systems, controls, equipment, and fixtures.Collaborate with project managers, other electricians, and team members to plan and execute tasks efficiently and effectively.Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and relevant regulations during all stages of work.Monitor field technicians to ensure instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained.Attend company-wide meetings.Qualifications5-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent customer-relations skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities.Demonstrated proper phone and email etiquette, with an emphasis on responsiveness.Ability to lead and organize a job and employees.Previous electrical experience in the field.Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening test and background check.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Benefits401(k).Competitive pay - apply and schedule a phone interview for more information.Dental insurance.Health insurance.Life insurance.Paid time off.Retirement plan.Vision insurance.Holiday pay.ScheduleThis is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
