Foreman ElectricianJob Description:This journeyman electrician in the solar industry will be responsible for the installation and repair of solar panel. This position requires expertise in electrical systems, compliances with safety regulations, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Install solar panels, inverters, and related electrical components for a commercial project.Perform electrical wiring and connections to the electrical grid or battery storage systems.Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems in solar energy systems, ensuring optimal performance.Provide leadership for apprentice electricians on site.Utilize various hand and power tools.Skills Needed: Journeyman Electrician, Electrical, Wiring, Install, Foreman, Preventative MaintenancePrevious leadership experience recommended but not required.Able to work outdoors.Able to lift 50 pounds.Schedule and Pay:6:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday$49.98 per hour with $100 per day per diem if located 50+ miles from job site.Benefits:Direct Hire PositionUnion BenefitsGrowing IndustryAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
