Electrical Harness Prototype Tech/Engineer This role will be focused on someone who is specifically focused on designing, creating, and repairing, electrical harnesses for automotive. This is NOT an electrical tech that has worked on schematics, this is specifically someone who has been focused on creating prototype harnesses. Required: Experience building electrical harnesses from scratch. Ability to read electrical schematics and build prototype electrical harnesses. Repair harnesses - Pinning, modifying harnesses, etc. Experience tracing harnesses. Working at a dealer or an OEM plant specifically focused on broken harnesses. Alternatively, experience designing harnesses for race cars, schematic prototype builds, etc. Strong understanding of electrical systems and components. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pluses: Trade school experience or degree in EE. Experience with autonomous or electric vehicles.Estimated Min Rate: $40.00 Estimated Max Rate: $45.00+ (Completely based on experience).Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
