Clean Energy USA, part of the Schell Brothers family of companies, has installed over 1,900 systems since 2007, making us Delaware's premier provider. We work with both residential and commercial customers and install solar panels on new construction as well as established homes or businesses. Instead of being stuck in an office all day, our Electrical journeyman gets to be outside ....interacting with both our homeowners and co-workers. Simply put, working at Clean Energy USA is: AWESOME! Our Electrical journeyman leads the teams in installing and directing the work of the electrical portions of solar installations' wiring, conduit work, sizing of wires and disconnects, interconnecting and other related tasks on either roof or ground-mounted systems. Requirements Education and Experience: •3+ years of residential electrical experience •3+ years of Solar industry experience (preferred) Physical Requirements: •Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks •Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday •Ability to climb ladders and install conduits •Have full range of mobility in the upper and lower body - Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time Required Skills/Abilities: •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. •Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members. •Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Ability to prioritize tasks. •Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. •Personable and polite, with excellent people skills. •Devoted, positive attitude and a strong commitment to service. •Able to work legally in the United States, with a valid, driver's license, and clean driving record. •Able to withstand deep background, credit, and reference checks. •Willing to take a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
