Position OverviewAs an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical projects in various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, andteam members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for electrical projects in various sectors, including healthcare, education, and industrial.
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Communicate project status, updates, and any issues to clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Review and approve electrical designs and plans.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets project specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct project meetings and generate progress reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge and experience in electrical systems, including commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and designs.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
