In this role, you will oversee electrical construction projects from initial planning through final execution. Youll manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of electrical construction projects.
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee on-site work and manage day-to-day project activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and electrical codes.
- Prepare regular progress reports and present them to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Lead a team of engineers, electricians, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and team performance.
- Conduct project post-mortem reviews to drive improvements for future projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial electrical projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and project management software.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
