Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage various electrical installation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves leading a team of electricians and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate electrical installation projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all project phases.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors in the execution of electrical installations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment required for projects.
- Implement lean construction principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure quality service delivery and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Project Management in the Electrical Construction Industry.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical installations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems including lighting, power, fire alarm, and security systems.
- Experience with Tel-data installations, Audio Visual, telephone, and data systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD design and electrical engineering software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with lean construction methodologies and quality service standards.
