BeAppleton Campbell is a Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric, Residential Service Provider that specializes in providing the highest level of workmanship and unmatched customer service in the Northern VA area.Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Electrical Service Manager to oversee our residential electrical service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of electricians and support staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure productivity and performance goals are met.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the scheduling and execution of residential electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to team members, troubleshooting complex electrical issues as needed.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Inventory and Logistics: Manage inventory levels and procurement of materials necessary for residential electrical projects.
  • Budget Management: Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, seeking efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities where possible.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in residential electrical services with a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, demonstrating leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners, team members, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification as a Master Electrician preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
