The RoleOur Electrical Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.Electrical Service technicians receive hourly pay between $22-30 with bonus incentives. High performing technicians can average up to $45+ hourly income.What You'll Do
- Use their industry experience to read schematics, perform service installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential electrical industry.
- Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that You're my go-to company relationship.
- Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.
- Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
What You'll Need
- 3+ Years Residential Industry Experience
- Journeyman/Residential/Master License is a Plus!
- A Clean, Safe Driving Record and Background Check
- High School Diploma or GED
