Job Title: Electrical Service TechnicianLocation: Sussex County, DelawarePosition Type: Full-TimeJob Description:Our client is seeking a highly skilled Electric Service Technician to join their team in Sussex County, Delaware. This position will primarily involve working with newer residential construction properties, handling warranty work, and ensuring the highest level of service to customers. The ideal candidate must be a licensed journeyman or master electrician, with a strong background in new home construction wiring, troubleshooting, and a comprehensive understanding of local electrical codes.Responsibilities:- Installation & Maintenance: Install and maintain electrical systems in newly constructed residential properties.- Warranty Work: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues related to warranty work for new homes.- Wiring & Electrical Systems: Work on electrical wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and other electrical systems in line with industry standards and local building codes.- Troubleshooting: Quickly and efficiently identify electrical faults, resolve issues, and provide solutions on-site.- Code Compliance: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Delaware electrical codes and industry regulations.- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, and other contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and meet expectations.- Work Efficiency: Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring work is done with precision and quality.Job RequirementsRequirements:- Licensing: Must hold a valid Delaware Journeyman or Master Electrician license.- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in electrical service work, with a focus on new residential construction properties and warranty service.- Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; strong knowledge of electrical wiring systems, troubleshooting techniques, and local electrical codes (Delaware).- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.- Work Ethic: Must be production-oriented, self-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with a small, close-knit team.- Background: All candidates must have a clean & safe driving record; must pass standard background & drug testsSchedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM Unlimited overtime opportunities availableBenefits: - Competitive Salary - PTO (Paid Time Off) - Company truck & gas card provided within first month of employment- Potential for education reimbursement for relevant training & certifications- Healthcare & Dental coverage after 90 days of employment - 401(k) match after 1 year of employment *** Interested candidates should send their resumes to: ***Jacob Zug - ...@synerfac.com - (302) ###-####
