Role: Electrical Superintendent Location: Sparks, NV Duration: ContractWhat to Expect Client seeks an Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale Engineering-Procurement-Construction project, overseeing the construction of a groundbreaking SEMI production facility in Sparks, NV. The role entails leading an internal team and collaborating with various departments to ensure project success. Candidates must demonstrate passion for energy sustainability, problem-solving, teamwork, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing on-site construction, coordinating trade contractors, ensuring compliance with plans, and tracking project schedule and budget. The ideal candidate is adaptable, quality-focused, and thrives in a dynamic setting. What You'll Do Maintain an organized and clean job site. Including construction trailers, fabrication areas and stored materials/equipment 7+ years of specific industrial electrical field installation experience (electrical distribution, substations, layout and planning, lighting, emergency systems, solar, battery storage) Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals. Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations Understanding of construction design documents and ability to provide constructability feedback prior to and during construction. Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite products, office email system •Drive the project schedule and elevate construction issues to management. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree, related 10+ years field experience, or equivalent Previous experience as a Superintendent on industrial or commercial facility construction Architectural and finish plans and specifications. Framing and Wall type details Civil and structural plans and specifications Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems - preferred Knowledge of AISC, ACI and ASTM standards
