Details: Job Title: Electrical SuperintendentPay Rate: Up to $50/hrLocation: Weirton, WVZip Code: 26062An electrical superintendent is responsible for the planning, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems in a variety of settings, including commercial, residential, industrial, and factory construction. Their responsibilities include:* Planning and design: Helping to plan and design electrical systems* Scheduling: Creating a schedule for the project * Installation: Managing the installation process * Testing: Overseeing testing of the electrical systems * Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a culture of workplace safety * Documentation: Writing daily logs and other necessary documentation * Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and national business codes and regulations * Training: Ensuring employees are properly trained for their assigned duties * Investigations: Investigating or assisting in the investigation of any accidents or safety incidents* Electrical superintendents should have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as significant experience with installation and construction processe* manage work sequencing, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure safe and timely completion of all projects.* This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, and our ideal candidate possesses significant prior experience organizing and administering multiple crews on large work sites. * You should have ample experience with installation and construction processes, as well as experience with blueprint reading, electrical schematics, wiring, conduit work, and thorough knowledge of workplace safety practices.Electrical Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications:* Master Electrician certification preferred* Five or more years experience supervising construction projects* Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated history of successful leadership* Strong attention to detail and deadlines* Excellent communication skillsIf you are interested in this Electrical superintendent job in Weirton, WV please apply via the 'apply now' link provided.
