About the Role
The Electrical Superintendent supervises and coordinates all on-site electrical activities on construction sites to ensure that project goals are met in compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and company standards. This individual is responsible for managing crews, scheduling, coordinating with other trades, and overseeing the quality and progress of the electrical installations.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and mentoring field personnel
- Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and GC
- Coordinating all manpower and materials
- Implementing and monitoring the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics
- Monitoring job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity
Qualifications
- Texas state electrical journeyman license; OSHA certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in senior-level field management roles within the commercial/industrial electrical construction industry, proven experience in managing projects greater than $5M
- Experience utilizing prefabrication
- Proficiency in scheduling software and other construction management tools.
