We provide a full circle of services for commercial properties through effective project management, responsive communications, high quality workmanship, and innovative solutions.Electrical TechnicianResponsible to install, inspect, maintain, repair, and improve electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in company-managed, multi-unit commercial buildings and facilities in a safe and economical manner.Must Haves:At least three years of prior experience as an Electrical TechnicianA valid OH Driver's License, automobile liability insurance, and a safe driving recordMust have their own basic hand toolsA responsive, collaborative, and meticulous professional with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under stressful situations.You Will Be Responsible To:Read and understand work orders, blueprints, and instructional manuals to assist in or independently perform electrical services; maintains a written record of completed assignments.Complete routine preventive maintenance tasks in preparation for occupancy (check, adjust, repair all mechanical and architectural systems); responds to emergency situations as needed.Service include installing circuit breakers, replacing electrical ballasts, switches and receptacles, and other electrical hardware, etc.Utilize a variety of an Electrician's hand and power tools, proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.Do YOU have what it takes?
