Position Overview (Summary/Objective):
As an Electrical Test Engineer, this person will provide program support in reviewing test requirements, recommending appropriate test methods and ensuring that the test program meets the requirements provided by each program. Test Engineering is responsible for design and release of specialized tooling, providing test procedures, collecting data and troubleshooting for the appropriate Engineering disciplines. Design of specialized test equipment and software used to monitor and test hardware is required. This position is for a Test Engineer in the Danbury Facility. Responsibilities:
Our product line needs additional engineering in the test area supporting the manufacturing and test processes. In this position the candidate will support the Manufacturing and Electrical Engineering groups with board testing and trouble shooting at various levels of assembly. Test tooling design, generation and updating of test procedures and drawings will be required. This role may also assist with testing of space hardware in thermal vacuum, vibration and temperature chambers in the Environmental test facility.
