QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have demonstrated a professional and cooperative work attitude.
- Must set the example in terms of performance, attitude, and work ethic for all other department members to emulate.
- Must demonstrate the ability to lead a small crew of other employees in any assignment and complete the work with minimal supervision.
- Must demonstrate and teach the methods to complete electrical drawings and sketches.
- Must consistently perform any fabrication work required for electrical installations.
- Must consistently complete all assignments/repairs as directed without supervision.
- Must demonstrate and be able to teach the methods to configure and utilize a computer to go online with the plants PLCs and HMI systems to perform necessary troubleshooting and configuring.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of Device Net and how to troubleshoot using a Device Net Meter.
- Must demonstrate and teach the methods used to check and calibrate all plant pressure transducers, temperature devices, and 4-20ma loops.
- Must demonstrate the ability to organize small electrical projects and carry the project from design concept through completion with minimal supervision.
- Must continually design, update and carry out electrical PM programs.
- Must continually mentor co-workers in electrical troubleshooting.
- Must work in a safe manner in all conditions and circumstances.
- Must consistently practice good housekeeping principles and reinforce these principles to others.
- Must continually participate in the plant's safety programs, i.e. volunteer to serve on the Safety Committee or I-Team, participate in safety projects, present safety huddles for the Maintenance Team.

- Must be flexible with job duties. You may be required to fill in on other jobs or in other departments when the business or organization is short-handed.
