Maintain and request the appropriate parts and material for repairs and projects. Test and maintain all the documentation on the emergency generators. Assign and ensure that all the schedule PMs are completed every month. Coordinate all the patching and painting in all the facility. Schedule and perform monthly fire drills in accordance with TJC and DHEC standards. Perform all duties that are required to keep a high quality and a safe environment of patient care. This position is based in Florence, SC but will also help with the Marion, SC and BlackRiver/Cades, SC facilities.
